A founding seminar to establish a collective dynamic

Summary

On July 8, during SATT Ouest Valorisation’s annual seminar, the UBSIDE team gathered with all SATT colleagues near Rennes (Ille-et-Vilaine). This milestone event officially marked the integration of UBSIDE as a new Business Unit within SATT.

Beyond the symbolic significance of this integration, the seminar above all helped to strengthen both human and professional ties between teams. Through meeting, exchanging, and sharing practices, collaborators began to build a common culture—an essential foundation for smooth and effective collaboration.

Creating coherence, fostering mutual understanding

Strengthening a team starts with getting to know each other better. This gathering allowed UBSIDE members to gain deeper insight into the diverse roles and expertise within SATT, to better understand each other’s operational challenges, and to identify points of convergence.

This mutual understanding is a key performance driver: it facilitates cross-functional cooperation, accelerates the flow of information, and enables quicker, more consistent responses to partners’ needs. It also serves as a lever to spark innovative, hybrid, and high-impact projects.
